Tonya Reneé Banks is a trailblazing actress, producer, and entrepreneur whose career spans more than 30 years across film, television, theater, and live entertainment. Best known as a breakout star of Lifetime’s hit series Little Women: LA, Tonya quickly became one of the most recognizable and influential voices in the little people community, using her platform to advocate for inclusion, visibility, and disability representation in Hollywood.

Born and raised in California, Tonya entered the entertainment industry with a drive to challenge stereotypes and expand opportunities for performers with dwarfism. She built her résumé with roles in television, feature films, commercials, and stunt performance—demonstrating range, discipline, and a work ethic respected throughout the industry.

Her television credits include Little Women: LA, Martin, The Hughleys, The Parkers, and numerous reality and talk-show appearances. Her film work includes Bad Santa, Death to Smoochy, Tiptoes, The Internship Games, and several independent projects. Tonya also made history as the first little person to win a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Little People of America organization.

Outside of acting, Tonya is a dynamic businesswoman. She created Lil Boss Body Active Wear, a lifestyle and fitness apparel brand promoting confidence and empowerment.
